It's not hard to stop a Trane
We have a Trans heat/air we paid to get a 5ton unit from Mann heating and air but we got a 4ton we found out later.
But our other problem is that we were suppose to get a 10 year warranty and we got a 5 year warranty .
But ever year we called Mann to tell them the air wasn't working.we have nothing but trouble. Now this spring we called another company for service,and they found out we only had a 5 year warranty.We also have a broken fan blower and motor were all this time Mann could have prevented this if they would have done their job,and I have asthma and so does my granddaughter. Trans and Mann heating and air should be responsible for this and all of our doctor bills,we now have no air or heat the unit is gone and it took us 5 years to save up to get this one we are on a fixed income. Oh and all the duct work was wrong also and Mann also wired it wrong. Please help and we need help finding a way to get a new one.
