Trane broken A/C - Trane Corporation

I purchased a new Trane Unit in 2008. Over the weekend it stopped working. Homer Nine came out immediately to look at it and determined the fan and coils (not sure what else is wrong with the unit) were not working. Good news -- still under warranty. Bad news -- parts are back ordered. Really!! Why does Trane not carry sufficient inventory levels for seasonal demand. I have asthma and I also have 3 Shetland sheepdogs, one age 12 and cannot tolerate heat and humidity. The temperature in my house has reached 81 degrees. This is a poorly constructed unit and the company is one of the worse in the U.S.
